Initial draft, to be updated when the legal entity is registered. This is a translation; if it differs from the Arabic version, the Arabic version prevails.

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This policy explains what data the Webbe team collects, why, who we share it with, and what your rights are. We wrote it in plain language; if you still have a question, email us.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: the basic details of the Google account you sign in with (name, email and picture). We do not ask for or store a password.
  • Build content: your app descriptions, your messages with the assistant, and the app files built for you.
  • Your apps' data: data that you or your app's users add, such as products, bookings and orders.
  • Contact messages: the name, email, subject and text when you write to us through the contact form.
  • Technical data: event and error logs during building and publishing, linked to your account and app, so we can fix problems and improve the service.

2. How we use it

  • Running the platform: creating your account, and creating, saving and publishing your apps.
  • Replying to your messages and requests, including subscription requests.
  • Protecting the platform and its users from abuse.
  • Understanding errors and improving build quality.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Service providers we rely on

  • Supabase: database, authentication and file storage; data is stored in the European Union region.
  • Vercel: hosting the platform and serving its pages; requests may pass through its network in different countries.
  • AI service provider: when you ask to create or change an app, we send it your description, the chat messages and the app files needed for that request only, and it processes them under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Google: when you sign in with a Google account, and to load the fonts used in the interface.

We do not share your data with anyone else unless you ask us to, or the law requires it.

4. Isolation of each app's data

Each app's data is kept separate from other apps by row-level security rules in the database. No app can reach another app's data, and your app's users only see what your app's roles allow.

5. Accounts of your apps' users

When someone signs up in an app you built with Webbe, their email and encrypted password are stored in the authentication system the platform uses, linked to your app and their role in it. You can manage these users and their roles from the app dashboard.

You own the relationship with your app's users and are responsible for telling them how their data is used. We process this data on your behalf only to run your app.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language, and local storage in your browser to save simple preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.

If you reached Webbe through an affiliate's link, our payment partner Lemon Squeezy stores an anonymous number in your browser to credit your subscription to that affiliate if you subscribe later. This number does not carry your name or email.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep your data as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account or a specific app, we delete its data; copies may remain in backups for a limited time before they are deleted automatically.

8. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to a specific processing. You can export your app files yourself from the build screen. For any request, email us at mixsquare41@gmail.com.

9. Security and data transfer

Data travels encrypted over HTTPS, and access to it is restricted by permission rules. Still, no system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if your data is affected by a security incident.

Your data may be processed outside your country, in the European Union, the United States and other countries, depending on where the providers listed above operate.

10. Children

The platform is meant for business owners and adults, and is not intended for anyone under 18.

11. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when the legal entity is registered or when we add new features or providers. We publish the new version here with the update date, and we tell you about significant changes.
