Smooth motion while scrolling
- ImprovedSite sections and cards now appear with a light, smooth motion as you scroll, with cards following one another. If “Reduce motion” is on in your device settings, everything stays still.
Cash on delivery and customer service in stores
- NewEvery store created on the platform completes orders without online payment: cash on delivery is the default, and online payment shows only when you connect a payment provider.
- NewA “Customer service” page in stores: order tracking, a contact form, a WhatsApp button, FAQs and a returns policy. Customer messages reach the supervisors panel so you can reply.
- ImprovedThe ready store and restaurant examples now use cash on delivery and customer service. Earlier stores get it when you open them in the editor and publish again.
A new name for the platform: Webbe
- NewThe platform is now called Webbe, at its new address webbe.pro, with a new logo. Your account, apps and plan stay exactly as they are.
- ImprovedOld links on buildy.my move to webbe.pro automatically, and your published app links keep working. The badge on free apps now reads “Made with Webbe”.
Prices in Egyptian pounds for visitors from Egypt
- NewPrices show in Egyptian pounds for visitors from Egypt at the daily dollar rate, and in US dollars everywhere else: on the pricing page, the home page, “Hosting & domain” and checkout. You can switch between pounds and dollars from the button under the prices.
- ImprovedCard and PayPal payments are charged in US dollars, and the dollar amount is shown next to the price in pounds.
The assistant replies in English
- NewWrite to the assistant in English and it replies in English: in the editor, support, the ideas assistant and “Improve my description”. If you write in Arabic, it replies in Arabic. Your app's own text stays Arabic unless you ask for an English app.
- ImprovedA new home page headline: “Create your business websites and apps with AI, in minutes”, focused on stores, bookings and management systems.
The user app in English
- NewThe whole Webbe app is now available in English: sign-in, creating a project and the examples, the editor, every tab of the app dashboard, your account, billing and support. Switch the language from the “English / العربية” button at the top of the page.
- ImprovedPlan-limit and error messages show in the interface language, and so does the build-done notification.
Stronger protection for the supervisors panel
- ImprovedOn large screens, the home page now shows the editor right next to the headline, so you see the product at first glance.
- FixedYour app's supervisors panel now shows only to you and the supervisors you added by email. Anyone who signs in with Google alone stays a regular customer and sees that the page is for supervisors only, whatever the panel looks like. Apps published earlier get this protection after you open them in the editor and publish again.
Change images right from the preview
- NewHover over any image in your app's preview (or tap it on a phone) and click “Change image”: upload one from your device, pick an image already in the app, generate a new one, or edit the current one. The image goes in right away, with an “Undo” button.
Fifty ready examples and example search
- NewTen new examples that work right away: photo studio bookings, Quran circle registration, property and rent management, invoices and expenses, a device repair center, a shipping and delivery company, and websites for a travel and Umrah company, a contracting company, a marketing agency and a furniture moving company. There are now fifty examples.
- NewSearch in the “Choose an example” step: type your business or a feature, and combine it with categories and features like online payment, bookings and customer accounts.
- ImprovedThe “Examples” page now has a grouped category list with the number of examples in each and direct links to every example, plus instant search and filters.
Design library: thirty designs instead of fourteen
- NewSixteen new designs in the design library and the “Choose the design” step: Midnight gold, Nordic calm, Sunset pop, Ocean breeze, Rose blush, Quiet forest, Cyber neon, Corporate navy, Paper notebook, Royal purple, Night ink, Fresh mint, Sport energy, Rainbow, Roasted coffee and Sand glass. All use clear Arabic fonts and readable contrast, with more dark designs.
Webbe's website in English
- NewThe website's pages are now available in English from the “English” button at the top of the page, with a left-to-right layout. Arabic stays the default language, and your choice is remembered for your next visits.

Ten new ready examples: forty in total
- NewTen new examples that work right away: a jewelry store, a beauty and care store, kids' toys, furniture and decor, a coffee roastery, home-cooked food, a butcher shop, private tutoring bookings, home maintenance, and a vet clinic. There are now forty examples.
The “admin panel” and faster access to the design library
- ImprovedThe “ideas assistant” is now called the “smart ideas assistant”, and is available on paid plans only. On the free plan it appears locked with a link to the pricing page.
- ImprovedThe /admin page in your app is now called the “admin panel”, and its sign-in link “Admin sign-in”. Previously published apps get the new name after you open them in the editor and republish.
- ImprovedThe free plan starts from ready examples: pick one, it works right away and you publish it on a free link. Custom projects from scratch and editing by chat are now on paid plans.
- ImprovedA new home page: a clearer headline, a dark band showing what you can create, and a “Start free” button after every section and at the bottom of the screen on phones.
- ImprovedIn the “Choose the design” step the last card is now “More designs”, which opens the full design library to choose from.
Building from phones and iPads, supervisors, and storage per plan
- NewThe editor works on phones and iPads with a light preview: message the assistant, edit by clicking, open the admin panel and publish your app without a computer.
- NewA “supervisor” role in your app instead of “manager”, with five permissions you choose for each supervisor: content, orders, members, payments and settings. Add one by their Google account email.
- NewA “Customize admin panel” button in the editor: ask in the chat for what you want added to the admin panel inside your app, like a sales report.
- NewEach plan has clear storage for your apps' data and images, and your usage appears in “My account”. When it's full only adding stops, and nothing is deleted.
Creating a new app in clear steps
- NewWhen starting from a ready example you can keep its design as is or pick any design direction from the library before it runs.
- ImprovedThe start screen is now a series of steps: first choose “Custom project” or “From ready examples”, then the project, then the design in its own step, with a “Back” button that keeps your choices.
Stronger protection for every published app
- NewThirty ready examples instead of six: stores, restaurants and cafés, bookings for barbers, gyms, medical centers and pitches, management systems for schools, inventory, charities and staff, and websites for lawyers, real estate and events, with filtering by type.
- ImprovedProducts, prices and coupons can only be changed by the app's owner or its admins, with protection inside the database itself.
- ImprovedThe payment amount inside the app is calculated on the server from your product prices and coupons only.
- FixedYour app and Webbe's pages can't be shown inside a frame on another website, and your app only accepts editor commands from Webbe.

- NewFrom inside Compy click “Build your website on Webbe”: after signing in with Google your website description arrives ready, along with your company's colors, fonts and logo as a “Your company identity” design direction.

- ImprovedOpening an app the second time now takes about 5 seconds instead of half a minute, because Webbe keeps the runtime tools in your browser.
