Acceptable use policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

We want Webbe to stay a safe place for business owners and their customers. This policy applies to your use of the platform and to every app you build or publish with it.

1. You may not build or publish

  • Any content or activity that is illegal in your country or in the country of your app's users.
  • Platforms or tools that let others create websites or apps, such as website builders, no-code platforms and AI app generators, or copies of Webbe or similar platforms, including adding such a feature to an existing app. A website or app for a design or software company that shows its services and work is still allowed, as is any app with its own website or admin panel.
  • Pages that impersonate an organization or person, or that collect passwords or card details by deception (phishing).
  • Fraud, fake offers, or making people believe a test payment is a real one.
  • Malware, or tools for hacking or disrupting services.
  • Spam, or collecting people's data without their knowledge and consent.
  • Content that incites violence, hatred or harassment, or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Content that infringes the intellectual property or trademarks of others.

2. Not allowed on the platform itself

  • Trying to access accounts, apps or data that are not yours.
  • Testing the platform for vulnerabilities or load-testing it without our written permission.
  • Getting around usage limits, or creating multiple accounts to bypass them.
  • Using the assistant to generate content forbidden by this policy.
  • Reselling access to the platform without an agreement with us.

3. How we handle violations

If we detect a violation or receive a report about one, we may ask you to change the app, stop publishing it, or suspend the account, depending on how serious it is. In serious cases we act immediately, and we may notify the authorities when the law requires it.

4. Reporting an abusive app

If you see an app published with Webbe that breaks this policy, send its link and the reason for the report to mixsquare41@gmail.com, and we will review it as soon as possible.
