Managing and publishing

The app dashboard

Each app has one dashboard: manage products and orders or bookings, then the design, images, payments, publishing and domain settings. Edit without chatting.

How do I open it?

From the editor click “App dashboard” in the top bar, or open it from the “My apps” page.

Its first section manages the app itself, like “Products and orders” in a store or “Bookings and services” in a booking app. You go in directly with your account, and it appears after the app is published.

Then “Overview”, then “Settings”: design and name, images, payments, publishing, domain. Under “Advanced” are the raw tables and the users and their roles.

Data

Here you see your app's tables, like products, orders or appointments. Choose a table, then:

  • Add a new record with the “+ Record” button.
  • Edit or delete any record.
  • Add a new field to records if you need extra information.
  • Set each record's visibility: public for visitors, members only, or private to its owner and the admin.

Users and roles

A list of everyone who signed up to your app: name, email, role and join date.

Change any user's role to grant or remove admin permissions. Available roles: owner, supervisor, staff, customer, member.

The owner manages everything and can assign any role. You're always your app's owner.

Supervisors: add a supervisor by their Google account email and choose their permissions: content and products, orders and bookings, members, payments, site settings. If they haven't signed up to your app yet, they become a supervisor on first sign-in. You'll find the same section inside your app's admin panel.

To customize the admin panel itself: open the editor and click “Customize admin panel”, then ask for what you want, like “add a monthly sales report”. Each request counts as a normal message.

Design and name

Change the app's name, choose a design system, and adjust the three colors: primary, accent and background.

Changes here are instant and need no chat. They show in the editor when you open it, and on the published link after you republish.

Publishing

Choose a short name for your app's link, copy the link, share it on WhatsApp or email, and download the QR code.

Note: Any change from the chat or the dashboard needs “Publish” in the editor to appear on the public link.
